The initial screening call was quite nice, the talent acquisition manager was friendly and also funny, they made me feel at ease. The second interview with the hiring manager was odd - the guy talked about himself for a good 15 minutes, paised other candidates, but then as soon as I (the candidate) started talking looked completely zoned out, and even yawned at some point. This made me feel awkward for the rest of the call. It was definitely a bad vibe. I was asked to do a "case study" on the fly, during the call, which is very unusual - usually you are sent the case study beforehand. After the interview, I asked the interviewers to provide some feedback (as I was just starting to apply for these roles as part of a career switch, receiving feedback was important to me) but no feedback was provided.
On a positive note, the process was fast.
