I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Yantriks (Bengaluru) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was a bit different from the regular processes. First the HR was very cooperative, and she told me to fill a form sort of a biodata. Then had a written coding round, which consisted of 5 questions and I completed all 5 within an hour. They were happy with the response so I went for the next round which was technical. That interview person was brilliant and asked me over a range of questions from Spring to Caching to Multithreading real time scenario. No basic questions were asked. After that I proceeded with the senior manager/director round which was followed by HR round. Overall the process was smooth. They offered me lunch which is a free perks for Yantriks employees.
Got offered the next day and I accepted it as what I've heard they work in varied technology and adapt on the fly.

The hiring strategy was very professional. Interview was like a conversation and it went smooth with many interesting questions. The complete process was conducted online due to Coronavid-19. There was a written round followed by two technical rounds and a hr round.
