I got a call from recruitment consultancy and they scheduled face 2 face interview on weekdays saying that they are not working on weekends. I attended the interview. The process consists of 2 technical, one round with vp of engineering and hr round. They will ask you to fill a bio-data form. Yes it's true. They will ask you every thing from basics. Once you clear all rounds god only knows whether you will get offer letter or not. If you don't have the budget why are you calling people for interviews. Even we are filling the form with our expected CTC before the interview itself. You are taking the interviews and at last you are telling we don't have budget.
