I had a good initial screening where the “Director of Employee Management” even gave me his cell phone number. I then had an only but somewhat awkward interview where the hiring manager seemed more concerned with the books I read then my actual work experience. I then got completed ghosted by the team with zero communication on any platform no matter how many times I reached out, until I finally reached out the owner on LinkedIn who finally told me that the position was filled. Very unprofessional company overall, as their team apparently cannot even be bothered to send a 5-word email (“the job has been filled”) and need to waste the owner’s time with those duties.
