I only completed the first two stages, so this reflects my experience up to that point.
The first step was a 60-minute assessment. The second interview included standard questions plus a live case element that was not clearly communicated in advance. It seemed helpful to have studied the product in detail beforehand, so clearer expectations would improve the process.
From my perspective, the role appeared to lean more toward delivery and execution than broader product ownership. The relocation requirement to Wiesbaden is also something candidates should consider carefully.
Overall, the process was professional, but more clarity around the interview format and role scope would make the candidate experience better.
