I got a call from the Principal Investigator, who told me I would be contacted by someone for an interview. I was interviewed by a Research Associate and the Program Director. The interview wasn't all that difficult or stressful - it seemed like they wanted me to be at ease. Afterwards, I was introduced to one of the investigators and spoke with him in his office for a little while about work that he might want me to do if I were to work there. I received an email soon after saying I should be hearing from them soon. I did hear from them soon after asking me to come in and meet with the Principal Investigator - I was offered the job then.

Direct interview with professors.
