Interview is a 6 to 7 stage with 1 phone screen. Phone screen was more on breadth. after that, in the personal interviews, it was day long and each interviewer took up an area from data, algorithms and puzzles.

It was very nice to appear the face to face and I was able to answer most of the questions.
That to I applied for the same group where my friend was already working.
The Yahoo! office was located in EGL and office ambiance also very nice.

Interview
The interview was very well coordinated and I could finish 4 rounds with in a span of 3 hours.The interviewers were almost coming in tandem, with almost no gap between various rounds.First round was telephonic which was completely c++ with questions related to virtual functions, smart pointer, reference counted smart pointer, memory management etc.
Next rounds were in person:
2nd round : algorithms
3rd round : data structure and OS concepts
4th round : puzzle round
5th Round : Manager round.
