Laid back, comfortable, be ready to explain how your experience connects to the job description. It was a 2 person panel, but not intimidating in any way. It was with a VP and Manager of the department initially with a C-Suite interview to follow.

I made it to an in-person interview. They were talking as if I was going to be hired. The interviewer was asking questions about schedules and discussing compensation. Then I receive a generic "We have gone with other candidates" email.

There was an initial phone interview with the panel members. They were around 5 members in total. There were both HR questions and technical questions as well. HR questions were pretty basic.
