Interview
They just asked a bunch of question with regards to my experience and background in forklifts and if I could handle a hectic chaotic load all the time. Consistently were adamant about punctuality of time and time management with regards to efficiency and large work load.

Interview
I submitted an application online and was emailed in for an interview the next day. They immediately got me down for a drug test and background check. Once that came back they had me in for training the next day.
