There is a recorded telephone interview. The next step is to design a brochure for the company. If your brochure is approved, then there is a second telephone interview. A decision is then made after the second phone interview.

My interview process was done over the phone like most of the job. I first had an interview with an HR manager, giving me more information. After that, I had an interview with Yasheaka herself. She has a very specific idea of what she wants for her company and is open and friendly. I found the process to be reassuring and open.
