Had a phone screen by the hiring manager, arranged by a creative placement agency. The call lasted about half an hour, walked me through the job expectations, and gave me opportunity to elaborate on my skills and experience. Then I was brought in for an in-person interview with him. Got a great feel from the office; nice, personable people, super stylish decor, as you'd expect, with their furnishing and lighting products on display. The discussion was casual and comfortable, getting into more depth about how the department runs, job expectations, my experience, etc. Enjoyable experience. Seems like a great company.
