First was several e-mails back and forth. Then phone interview with someone in Midwest. Then nothing for over a month. Then someone e-mailed me again and said they wanted to setup interview. I explained in e-mail that I had to go out of town on family business and they respond back that it would be fine and they would reschedule me when I get back at the end of Aug. I go home and they e-mailed me that they interviewed and hired someone on the day I left town.
