After a weird 1st call interview, where I was asked very general questions and very specific questions based on their setup, all whilst looking up a guy's nose that was looking away from the screen, and with a bright light behind him. I was asked to complete a test, and even when the test was completed I was turned down because I didn't have enough confidence for a £55,000 team lead position.
