Remote Position Warning:
I endured a 3-month-long interview process that lacked organization and clarity. Throughout this process, I invested significant time and effort, in creating a mock training and a detailed Project Plan for Certification training. Despite promises of success from The Future boss, I faced unexpected hurdles and uncertainties.
After multiple "Final Interviews," I was assured that the position was mine, leading me to decline other opportunities. However, following congratulations and confirmation of my start date of March 4th, 2024, the situation took an unexpected turn.
In a meeting with the CEO, I faced unwarranted accusations regarding my professional background. My future boss referenced a supposed background and credentials check, alleging dishonesty regarding my prior work history. This was a shocking and unprofessional tactic, especially in front of the CEO.
Despite providing assurances and evidence to the contrary, I was informed the next day that I did not pass the final interview, and my contract offer was rescinded. This experience has left me disillusioned with the company's hiring practices and professionalism.
Be Aware:
No company should employ scare tactics or disregard candidates' time and effort. I have requested proof of the reported accusations, which has been denied due to them never running any reports. Accusations of dishonesty without evidence are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the company's values.
I am sharing this experience to raise awareness of the treatment I received and to caution others about similar situations. Investing time and resources in a company that employs such tactics is not advisable.
*Had to select below - Yes I got an offer but it was resigned. This is not an option.
