Xtra Mile interview questions

I declined to continue in the process. I felt pressured to accept interview times that weren’t ideal for me throughout and was told delays between stages might hurt my chances. Instead of starting with a brief phone screening, I was immediately asked to join a video call that could have easily been handled more efficiently over the phone. At the hiring manager stage, someone else stepped in, and I spent most of the interview re-explaining my previous role. It seemed like my CV hadn’t been reviewed or fully understood. The screening home assignment also contained typos and grammatical issues, which didn’t leave the best impression.
