It was a basic interview with fairly standard questions. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The interview was mostly a one-on-one interview with fairly standard questions about my experience and how I might handle certain classroom situations. Another member of the team sat in for a few minutes and asked a few more technical questions as well as some random questions intended to throw you off and see if you can think on your feet. I just had to laugh at that part. Basically, you just need to show your personality and teaching chops.
