They reached out to me directly on LinkedIn and initiated the entire interview process. This included a recruiter screening, an interview with a senior engineer, and a final interview with a QA—who wasn’t even local and was based in Eastern Europe. All interviews went well, and there were no red flags raised during the process.... only to be completely ghosted. No decision. No feedback. No closure. I even followed up proactively with a polite email requesting an update and received absolutely nothing in response. This level of disregard is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for candidates’ time. If this is how they communicate during hiring, it’s not hard to imagine how they operate internally.
