I interviewed for a Data Analyst role, and the round was focused more on business strategy than on pure analytics. The interviewer was very supportive and encouraging throughout the discussion. Most questions revolved around business case studies, guesstimates, and strategic thinking. The role seems to favor candidates with a strong understanding of the logistics domain. My background is primarily in healthcare analytics, so while the conversation was insightful, the domain expectation became clear during the interview. Overall, it was a positive experience and a well-structured discussion.
