Xploy interview questions

The interview process started off well and was pretty straightforward during the first call. They asked a few technical questions, as well as some about my background and my day-to-day responsibilities in my current role. After that, I was given a link to continue with the next steps of the process, which I completed in full. Two weeks later, they contacted me via WhatsApp to ask if I was still interested in the position. I said yes, and they told me I was a great fit and that they would speak with the manager and get back to me with an offer. Since then, I’ve received no response. It's been another two weeks, and despite following up, I’ve been ignored. They need to be more professional and communicate clearly with candidates—whether they’re selected or not.
