I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Xplenty
Interview
The process took about a week. Interviewed with the CEO, Lead Sales Engineer, and the overall USA operations. The team was very knowledgable and fun to talk to. They made me feel very welcomed.
I did not accept the offer, as my current company provided a counteroffer, but I do think about often on what it would have been like to work for them :)
I applied online. I interviewed at Xplenty in Nov 2017
Interview
I received an email from someone from HR saying they're interested in connecting with me. I wasn't able to respond quickly but she was very flexible!
We had a talk over the phone. She asked me some general questions, such as: What do you do in your team? Do you have any technical experience? What do you know about Xplenty? etc.
After that, I had an interview with the founder of the company. This was one of the best interviews I have ever had. I felt comfortable speaking with him and he asked questions depending on how the conversation was going. He told me about the different kinds of opportunities that are available for TSEs and what day to day would be like.
I'm not sure if it would be for everyone, but once we were done talking he had asked me "Which technical skill do you think you're best at?" and I had responded with SQL. He then sent me an email with the quiz. I went over the quiz and could have easily provided the answers. However, unfortunately, due to some reasons I had decided to not move to the 3rd round.
My overall experience with this company was great! I will definitely be applying here again. : )
