I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xpanse
Interview
Typical introductory talk with recruiter that went very well, then several days later a technical interview loop. Tech interview was with a tech lead and an engineering manager, conducted remotely.

Question 1
Questions quickly entered the realm of making assumptions that all engineers must have had the same experience as the interviewers. Then I couldn't recall a specific tech that I looked into many years ago, as citing a brief investigation as a minimal exposure. The interview quickly devolved after the interviewer openly smirked at my responses - it was actually quite humiliating. I wouldn't work for these people if they paid me. :|
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Xpanse in Mar 2022
Interview
Tech screen followed by coding, HR and system design interview. Very responsive recruiting team but company seems to lack transparency wrt financial info. The funding, valuation etc is not known at the engineering director level.
