The recruiter asked me if I was interested in an interview. A simple informal interview. The recruiter asked about my academic background and what were my interests. Then made some technical questions
2 interviews. First one to get to know you, then they'll send you a coding test to do at home. After evaluating my test, they called me for the second interview and offered me a contract

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Xpand IT (Portugal) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview was normal, with questions about me and what I had done. The was a simple technical challenge to enter. Asked about what I wanted to work with so I didn't get sent to something not for me. This was for a junior position.
