Xmartlabs interview questions

I completed a short qualifying phone screen, cultural interview with HR staff, technical interview with managers, and project assignment, presented in a short final interview. Throughout the process, staff were friendly and accessible. They ensured I understood the process and were honest about the nature of the role, both the challenges and what they were looking for in a good fit candidate. The project took several hours to complete, but was clear and representative of work expectations. I received clear updates about the interview process and at the end of every call, next steps were communicated clearly.
