The manager will send you the messages to get your interview after few days. On that interview day, he/she will give you the form to fill out. During that, he/she will ask your previous work experiences

Easy-going with simple questions. Didn't have to dress up formally. Ended pretty quickly and I didn't need to have previous experience in making bubble tea. Started relatively quickly after I was successful in the interview.
