The interview process is quite thorough. First is a self screened questionnaire, followed by a phone interview and finally a two person conducted interview consisting of two store managers. The process may take anywhere between two to three weeks to complete.
Very informal and unprofessional I met with the assistant manager and just stood in a random place in the store. I was given the impression I had been hired and turns out I wasn't. Managers do not respond to phone calls very frustrating experience. Sales quotas are unrealistic anyways 8 to 9 employees all expected to make at least 60 sales in a month. Do that math it's nearly impossible most months that many people aren't going into the store.
