The recruitment team is solid. They answer your questions and provide feedback on the interviews. I feel that as a process as a whole is a waste of time. I always get to the 3 or last round of interviews and they "find" something to disqualify you. I just think if you have a person go through 5 interviews (recruitment, then manager, then their manager, then team, etc.) Have better feedback then "oh you just didn't have that much experience..."
