      Account Manager Interview

      29 Sept 2020
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xexec (London, England) in Dec 2018

      Interview

I applied online, was interviewed by the office manager (there is no HR person working for Xexec) and went for an interview in December 2018. I was asked to review some text before talking to 3 different people. Two of them were particularly rude but - and I learned this with time - that is simply the way the senior managers talk to the employees. I got an offer a few day later but I had to reject it because they offered me exactly the same amount of money I was already earning at my then current job and 20 days of annual leave instead of the 25 I already had. They revised their offer and so I joined. My biggest professional mistake ever.
