It took the course of a couple of weeks. It was a great interview process, even if there was a little bit of a gap between communication periods. I always felt free to reach out though, and the recruiter was always quick to respond. I was given a job offer, and they even set up a call to ensure that I knew how I felt about the offer and that I fully understood everything they were offering me. I did not end up accepting the offer here, but that was not due to the compensation package or how I felt about the company (it was mainly due to location of the office and that I take public transport). I personally feel that had my life circumstance had been different, I would have accepted this offer. Great people at the office that seem to care and want the best for everyone, including their applicants. Honestly, writing this review and hoping for the opportunity to reach out to Xevant soon to apply for an open position. My life circumstances have changed and I would have loved to work for this company.
