Easy, laid back, but must be knowledgeable about products. Be good at customer service and helpful on the phone so your customer is completely satisfied. Also, be confident during interview and the training which is 5 weeks.

Went great interviewers were really friendly went over everything I asked and answered all my questions asked relevant questions pertaining to the job gave the option to use personal or professional scenarios

It was very great, very informative. And the interviewer really knew how to make me feel comfortable. And I'm very happy that I chose them. It was absolutely amazing. I really look forward to working with them in the future
