Friendly phone interview followed by an in person interview at Head Office. Everyone I spoke to and met with was extremely friendly and lovely, and even though I didn't progress after my first face to face interview I liked the entire experience.

I applied through a friend and the recruiter from Xero reached out to me the same day. I had one interview with her, a panel interview with two people on the team, and then a final interview with the head of the team. They were all very friendly and engaging.
