The recruiting process has been assigned to an external agency, which has handled the process in a quite chaotic way. I experienced 2 interviews and both of them had to be rescheduled because no one showed up at the day and time agreed via email. Maybe I have been unfortunate, but I have felt that as very unprofessional. The questions have been quite average, spanning from my background to the reasons why I was applying to the company.
