Xcel Energy Analyst interview questions

You would think the hiring managers have some professionalism in giving their candidates updates on their interview processes. I understand COVID happened but you leave your future candidates left with no updates on what is going on with the position. Don’t bother applying for this company. The HR process for this company is absurd. You apply and get done with your interview and have no updates for over 4 months so it is just a waste of your time.

Three interviews. First was describing the position and determining suitability. Second was with higher management with more granular role related questions. Third was a mock presentation to demonstrate ability to perform essential duties.
