Mostly, he was the one talking. I was just answering some questions and introducing basic skills. Then he gave me a quiz to submit, followed by another interview. The whole process took a long time.

You are sent an email stating a day and time to do a written test. If you are available, on the day itself a written test is given and you will have around 35 to 40 minutes to complete it. The question revolves around your idea of what a home is. Once that is done, an interview session will be held closely afterward.
