1st technical round took 20-25 min and got very good feedback from interviewer 2nd technical round took 20 min and again got very good feedback from interview Final HR round and HR gave very good and positive feedback and ask me about expected package and after salary negotiation were agreed regarding what they offered me and HR ask me to fill HR form and HR told me that you will surely get call. It's been 3 weeks and didnt get any call and when I called them to ask they said we dont get approval for you yet. If you really think that I am good candidate then you should hire me after gave so much positive feedback. Otherwise please don't conduct interviews.
