Interview Process Overview
1️⃣ Job Posting & Application:
The company shares the job opening through job portals, websites, or referrals.
Candidates submit resumes and cover letters for review.
2️⃣ Screening & Shortlisting:
HR reviews applications to shortlist potential candidates.
An initial screening call may be conducted to assess basic qualifications and interest.
3️⃣ Interview Rounds:
HR Interview: Evaluates cultural fit, salary expectations, and career goals.
Technical/Skill-Based Interview: Assesses job-related knowledge and expertise.
Managerial/Panel Interview: Evaluates problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
Final Interview: Usually with senior leadership to finalize selection.
4️⃣ Assessment & Case Studies (If Applicable):
Some roles may include practical tests, case studies, or group discussions.
5️⃣ Reference Check & Background Verification:
The company may verify past employment, references, and credentials.
6️⃣ Offer & Negotiation:
A formal offer letter is extended, followed by negotiations if required.
7️⃣ Onboarding & Joining:
Once accepted, the candidate undergoes the onboarding process and joins the organization.
It was good I was comfortable tech questions related to profile, difficulty level was moderate. The interview went long for 30 min, there were three rounds and each was taken by a different person

Interview
Process is weird and questions are commonly asked about all the departments irrespective of the applied job position. And also taking too much time for the 1st round to 2nd round interview. Some of them not even called after completed 1st round and if we called, then only they said you are cleared 1st round, we will let you know the next round info.
