What is the current state of Capital Market in Poland
I applied online. I interviewed at XTB (London, England)
Interview
The manager will send an email and ask about your visa situation to clarify first the followed by a video interview. General questions for the first 30 minute, another 15 minute is a role play interview.
General questions were about your knowledge on investment market, your philosophy if you're already a trader.
Role play interview will asked you to play as a sales to cold call customer and you have to close the deal with conversion.
