2 step interview whereby two people ask questions from a CV and you answer competency based questions. This seems to sum up a usual interview process and they are looking for where you have demonstrated skills

Two phone interviews and one in person. First phone interview was just for screening purposes and to provide more information on the role. The second phone interview was basic previous employment questions. The third in person interview was with the HR manager and HR coordinator and they just asked about previous jobs
