XPLANE interview questions

Interviews were thorough and conducted a few weeks before I received a job-offer. I met with several people within the company before being offered the position. I was reassured by the candor, skills and attitude of the people I interviewed with.

There was an initial phone interview with a senior member of the department. After passing that interview, met on-site at the company's HQ with people from various departments (business development, consulting, design, project management). The interviews were a blend of 1:1 and 1:group, with the questions ranging from general interest and background, to behavioral.
