XP Power interview questions

Interviewed with R&D Director and HR, both of them are local and seems nice, I did not receive difficult question that I could not answer. I appreciate they are able to accommodate my time to interview during lunch break. Thank you.

Interviewed once on the phone and got ghosted even after they said will keep in touch. Horrible recruitment that reflects this company and their employees. The same job posting has been on for more than 6 months so maybe they are just collecting data.
