- First interview was not too bad. I first met with the highering managmener for my position. WE got to know echother and asked the simple questions, why aviation, why sales, and what can I bring to the company. - Second interview I met with several different people including other SDRs and salesman. Was about an hour. - Third interview I met with the highering manger again and the VP of sales. Was very organized seamless process.
