I interviewed for the Lead Data Scientist role at XM about a month ago, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Although the interview process was well-organized and I felt I had addressed the questions effectively, I was disappointed to receive only a generic rejection email, with no further communication. I followed up with a courteous email to inquire about any feedback or insights, but received no response. This silence after a final-stage interview left me feeling disregarded as a candidate. I believe it's essential for companies to acknowledge the time and effort invested by applicants by offering timely and constructive feedback. Regrettably, this experience has left me with a less favorable impression of XM's approach to candidate engagement and professionalism.
