Super easy, all done over the internet. Sat for a little while and answered basic questions. First with recruiter, next with manager, then with the person responsible for contractors. Then had an offer in which I was happy to accept.
Attended job fair, filled out application there, then got a job offer on that same day….from there, you would need to obtain a public trust security clearance. They ask lots of questions about your employment background, previous addresses, school attendance, personal and professional references, etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at XLA in Jan 2022
Interview
Was approached by an agent online, talked to the hiring manager over the phone, and scheduled a video interview with a senior hiring manager. The conversation went over time and lasted about 40 minutes. The interviewer was laid back, the chat was overall relaxing. Learned about the position, what they plan to do with the new team and new office etc.
