Interesting company and business model. However: - 1st interview directly with the hiring manager who did not read the CV before the interview, as it was clear from her speech. The hiring manager had no clue about the candidate's work experience. Didn't even ask if there were any questions from the candidate side. - The recruiter did not let the candidate know about the outcome of the interview. Answered only after a follow-up email. Unprofessional and not structured hiring process.
