XAP interview questions

Odd interview process. The hiring managers are a bit confused and insecure. In the interview process they gossip about the lack of organization and their old CEO. They are not serious so do not prepare too much for them.

Process consisted of interview over the phone with several people and several on site meetings. Organization looks to be a bit confused with their direction and has a checkered past in regards to bonus payments. Senior management is a bit closed minded and if you are not exactly what they want, they will turn on you in a second. Kiss their butt if you want to get in with this company...that is the only key to being hired.
