Start with job overview (cattle call) where you meet with many applicants and learn about the company history and available jobs within the organization. The recruiters will promise higher compensation that management will offer.
You are first interviewed by a low level manager. If they like you, you may wait for 30 minutes to an hour (or be asked to come back another day) to meet with high level or VP. If they like you, you will be interviewed by Dave Elkington, the CEO (this is actually a pretty cool part - Dave interviews everybody).
