The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by a hiring manager conversation, and finally an in-person panel interview with the team. During the panel interview, I was asked to present an overview of my experience relevant to the role, which lasted approximately 20 minutes, followed by questions for the remainder of the hour. Overall, the interview process itself was well-structured and smooth, and the panel experience was positive.
However, the communication experience was extremely disappointing. Responses were often delayed by several days despite follow-ups, and after completing all interview rounds, I never received any decision update. It has been 2 months with no response.
For a company that expects candidates to invest weeks of preparation and over 4.5 hours in interviews, this lack of basic courtesy and closure is unacceptable. Even a short rejection email would have been respectful of a candidate’s time and effort, especially since I had reached the panel interview stage. This reflects poorly on the company’s culture and candidate experience, especially compared to other leading organizations where professionalism and communication are taken seriously.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, as I have noticed similar reviews from other candidates on Glassdoor.
