XAL interview questions

1. Online Interview 2. Vor Ort Interview incl. Führung Showroom, Büro, und (Qualität) Testlabore. Wert gelegt wurde auf die vom Bewerber gestellten fragen. Interesse an am Produkt und Technologie wurde hinterfragt.

Relaxed, classic interview with both HR and team lead. They explained what the company does and what kind of candidate they looking for. Nothing special to note, regular first round interview over MS Teams. Then, second round interview was at their headquarters in Graz. It was more in depth, more techincal, talking about previous work experience and what the work would look like in detail. Very long process though, applied 2 months before i even got the first interview. In the end, I did not even receive a confirmation email that I was not selected.
