1. Very irregular process, surprising for a big tech company. I first got an automatic rejection email, then suddenly got contacted by a senior recruiter.
2. No interview overview: Had no idea how many interview steps there were, how I could prepare etc.
3. Strange interviews: Exceptionally deep questions for a rather untouched role (would be completely new) so some questions seemed simply to specific for an outsider to know. One interviewer came 10 minutes late, another asked questions in an interrogative way, giving no time to breathe almost.
4. Disappointing ending: Even after completing 6 interviews, and spending at least 2 and a half hours on calls + prep time, the recruiter ghosted me. Even after sending a follow-up email after two weeks, the recruiter did not reach out, not even with an automatic response. Again, very disappointing and almost unheard of of a big tech company. All the others I've had experience with have great feedback calls after the final interview round.
