The Process was initially quite simple and straight forward. Additionally the recruiter was quite responsive. Unfortunately, after the 1st recruiter screen my experience can be summarized in the following manner:
- Extremely delayed response
- No transparency (Instead of letting me know timelines were to aggressive, the recruiter approached me after a competing onsite had completed
- Automated rejection emails for other roles without a person reaching out
- Scheduled interviews were with individuals who weren't listed
Of all the companies I've talked to and interviewed at, Twitter has by far been the worst at this stage in my career.
Note: This was also an internal referral, so quite astounding they would treat a candidate like this
