Very cordial and friendly. I applied online and was invited for an interview a few months later (4 or 5 months). The interview lasted around 20 minutes and the person interviewing me was very nice. She had a four questions prepared and left me some minutes for questions of my own. There were no questions about my resume or any other work experiences.
